Binding Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User") and Apple Port Ghana Ltd. ("Company," "We," "Us"). By accessing our website, mobile application, or purchasing products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
1Services Description
Primary Services
Apple Port Ghana provides:
- • Sale of new and pre-owned iPhone devices
- • Flexible installment payment plans (10, 12, or 16-week payment schedules)
- • Phone Swap upgrade program allowing customers to exchange devices
- • Professional iPhone repair and maintenance services
- • Referral program offering earnings for customer introductions
As-Is Services
All products and services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we maintain quality standards, we do not guarantee specific outcomes for repair services or performance results.
2Installment Payment Terms
Payment Structure
Payment Obligations
- • You must make payments on schedule as agreed
- • Payments must be made via agreed payment methods
- • Late payments may result in penalties (subject to local regulations)
- • Non-payment may result in account suspension and legal action
- • We may report payment defaults to credit reporting agencies
Device Possession
Device possession transfers to you upon downpayment. However, Apple Port retains security interest in the device until all payments are completed. Failure to pay may result in device recovery.
3Phone Swap Program
Eligibility
Customers in good standing may upgrade devices through our swap program. Your current device must be in acceptable condition as determined by Apple Port.
Trade-In Valuation
Trade-in values are determined by Apple Port based on condition, functionality, and market value. Valuations are at our sole discretion and are final.
Remaining Balance
Outstanding payment balances on your current device must be paid in full or transferred to your new device's payment plan.
4Referral Program Terms
Earning Potential
Successful referrals earn 100-500 GHS based on the device purchased and payment plan. Exact amounts are determined by transaction value.
Qualification Requirements
- • Referred customer must complete first payment on installment plan
- • Referrer must be an active Apple Port customer
- • Each customer can only be referred once (device fingerprinting prevents duplicates)
- • Fraudulent referrals will result in earnings forfeiture and account suspension
Payment Timing
Earnings are credited within 7-14 business days after successful payment confirmation. Payment method is at Apple Port's discretion.
Fraud Prevention
We employ device fingerprinting to prevent duplicate referrals and fraudulent claims. Attempts to circumvent this system may result in account termination.
5Repair Services
Service Scope
We provide professional repair services for iPhone devices. Specific repairs covered depend on your device and service package.
Warranty Disclaimer
Repair services include limited warranty (typically 30-90 days on parts and labor). Warranty does not cover:
- • Damage from accidents, misuse, or water damage
- • Issues caused by unauthorized repairs
- • Cosmetic damage or screen scratches
- • Data loss or recovery services
Liability Limitation
Apple Port is not liable for data loss, interruption of service, or indirect damages resulting from repairs. Back up your device before service.
6Product Warranties
Warranty Coverage
- • New devices: Manufacturer warranty applies (typically 12 months)
- • Pre-owned devices: Apple Port limited warranty (typically 30-60 days)
- • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
- • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, modifications, or misuse

7User Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information during registration and purchase
- Make timely payments according to agreed schedules
- Maintain devices in good condition and use them appropriately
- Not resell or transfer devices without Apple Port authorization
- Not engage in fraudulent activities or abuse referral programs
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apple Port Ghana is not liable for:
- • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Loss of profits or data
- • Service interruptions or website downtime
- • Third-party actions or claims
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product or service causing the claim.
9Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute, contact us via WhatsApp at 0558505266 or our channel. We will attempt to resolve issues within 14 days.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
Legal Action
Any legal action must be brought in courts located in Ghana. You waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction.
10Account Termination
Apple Port may terminate your account if you:
- • Violate these Terms or applicable laws
- • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- • Fail to make timely payments
- • Attempt to damage our systems or services
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations. Outstanding balances remain due.
